1. Scope of Policy
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy on all eligible products purchased from our website.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the item meets the conditions below.

- All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
- The product must be accompanied by the original invoice or order ID.
- Any signs of use, damage, or alteration may result in rejection of the return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personal care or hygiene products (such as undergarments or pierced jewelry).
- Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective).
- Discounted or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear product photos and your order details.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. How to Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp.
- Share your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).
- Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.
- Pack the product securely and send it to the provided address.
- Upon inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.
6. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a change of mind, shipping charges (both ways) will be borne by the customer.
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will bear the shipping costs.
7. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Once initiated, refunds may take 5–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Transaction or processing fees (if applicable) may be deducted by your payment gateway.
8. Condition of Returned Items
If returned products are found to be used, damaged, or missing parts/packaging, a partial refund may be issued or the return may be rejected.
